No Refunds on Custom Digital Services
Refunds are not available once a service has been initiated, partially executed, or fully delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly understood prior to confirming the service.
Cancellation Policy
Once a project begins, including any stage of discovery, design, or execution, cancellations are not permitted.

Exceptions & Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:

Non-Delivery of Service – If Quantivo Digital fails to deliver the agreed-upon service and no reasonable resolution can be provided within a defined timeframe

Duplicate Payment – In the event of a billing error resulting in duplicate charges, a refund will be issued for the excess amount
To be eligible, refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@quantivodigital.com within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.
All refund claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Quantivo Digital reserves the right to make the final decision.
Dispute Resolution & Chargeback Policy

Unfounded or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
